A limited edition made from available surplus fabrics from previous collections.
For GOOD MORROW, we have further intensified our sustainability initiatives and searched for ways to become even more aware of our responsibility as a company. The Puzzle Collection is one of our responses - a limited series within the new collection that creatively incorporates fabrics and materials from surplus stock into the production cycle.
Since 2014, we have produced a large portion of our styles in our own factory in Bulgaria. Here, we benefit from short delivery and reaction times as well as high social and technical standards. And without this direct view into the production process, something important might have been hidden from us: in Plovdiv, many fabrics in different colors and ingredients from past collections have accumulated into an imposing stock. We want to keep our promise to our partners and therefore usually go into production even with smaller order quantities. However, since we also have industry standard minimum purchase quantities, we strive to find creative uses for the resulting surplus fabrics.
The Puzzle Collection is our way of incorporating the leftover fabrics, zippers or pullers back into the production cycle. Limited in color and material choice as well as in the available quantity, we had to let our creativity play anew. For example, we worked exclusively with current artworks and print colors from the current collection. The result? A beautiful series within GOOD MORROW that not only thrives on limited availability and an particulary small ecological footprint - but also on its varied and appealing styles.
