Order & Shipping


How can I place an order?

Select the items you want, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the checkout process.


Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Invoice (via Klarna), SOFORT (instant bank transfer) / Pay Now (via Klarna) and Apple Pay. We cover any payment processing fees incurred during checkout.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over 100,- €. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of 4.90 € applies. We usually ship with DHL.


How long does shipping take?

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery country.


Which countries do you ship to?

Maloja online orders can currently be shipped to:

Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Dubai, Finland, France, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Canada, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Hungary, and the USA.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service to request changes.


How can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking link.


Returns


How can I return an item?

Please send an email with the subject "Return", your first and last name, as well as your order number to info@maloja.de

We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a DHL return label as soon as possible (our automated return portal will be available shortly).
Our return period is a generous 30 days.


Please pack the items carefully for return shipping, attach the return label to the package (or have it printed in-store via QR code), and drop it off at your nearest DHL Parcel Shop.


Alternatively, you can return the items at your own expense using a shipping provider of your choice. Please use the following return address:

Please note: A refund is only possible for unworn items in their original packaging with all labels attached. For swimwear and underwear: these may only be returned in unopened original packaging.


Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order. This way, you’ll receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

How can I make a warranty claim?

Maloja products are subject to strict quality standards. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs, we will fix it or replace the product free of charge – within the statutory warranty period. The condition is that you purchased the product from an authorised dealer or directly from Maloja, and that you can provide proof of purchase.


The warranty period is 24 months, or 12 months in the case of commercial or professional use, starting from the date of purchase by the end customer. The date on the proof of purchase is decisive.


The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear. Such damage can occur – in these cases, our professional repair service is available at a fair price.
