What do you need?

Coffee

I would never...

say never. Who knows what new adventures might be out there?

Your biggest success:

2x Silver Medalist at Biathlon World Championships

What have you learned from competitive sports for life?

How to give my best effort every time and believe in myself. How to work collaboratively towards common goals, both on and off the ski track.

Three things that belong in your backpack/travel bag:

A book, water bottle, and a kite

I am inspired …

By people- by those who have a vision and pursue it, by those who support other people around them, and by those who choose gratitude.
By the natural world- by the ridgeline of Mt Mansfield across northern Vermont, by the maple, birch, and cedar forests I run through, by the growing vines and leaves of my vegetable garden.
